VAT, INC. New Headquarters in San Jose, CA

VAT, Inc., San Jose, CA - The year 2016 has been a milestone for VAT Group AG and its subsidiaries (VAT). In an IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange, VAT in April successfully moved from a privately held company to a publicly listed one. The IPO was several times oversubscribed and marked one of the largest IPOs in Europe in 2016.

To bring VAT closer to our customers’ engineering, design, development and applications departments, VAT, Inc. in 2013 added a second Regional Office and Service Center in the heart of Silicon Valley in San Jose, CA.. Today, just over four years later, VAT Inc. has outgrown that space.

In mid-December 2016, VAT, Inc. moved into a new, larger facility located in San Jose. The new facility will include enhanced service & repair capabilities, customer service, application engineering, R&D, finance administration and serve as the US Headquarters.
