VAT is proud to announce our brand new booth for Semicon West in San Francisco July 10 – 12, 2012.

The futuristic, modern and innovative booth design defines VAT’s brand perfectly. We will be displaying a selection of our latest valve technology including wafer transfer valves for 450mm applications, our world leading adaptive pressure control valves, the latest generation of gate valves and much more.
As the semiconductor industry drives towards the next node sizes, VAT is rising to the challenge and investing heavily in low particle and ultra clean valve technologies.
